DALLAS-The board of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport hasapproved a $92-million development plan that will provide a hotelfor travelers and a new headquarters for airport employees. Thefirst phase of the Southgate Plaza project will include a six-storyHyatt Place hotel and a three-story Consolidated Headquartersfacility.
The $21-million, 137-room hotel will also have a1,913-square-foot meeting space. The $49.2-million headquartersfacility will have 50,000 square feet and the cost of theinfrastructure will be $14.7 million. For the full story, go toFort Worth Business Press .
