DENVER-Corporex Colorado LLC has completed construction of theRidgeGate Hampton Inn & Suites, a 106-room hotel on LincolnAvenue in Lone Tree. The new hotel, situated off Interstate 25,will be opened today.

CPX Lone Tree Hotel LLLP, a joint venture between Corporex andIron Gate Capital, is the owner of the Lone Tree hotel. The totalcosts of the project were appraised at $15 million.
