BIRMINGHAM, AL-A developer is planning to develop a $33-millionmultifamily project near Railroad Park. AL.com reported that InlandAmerican Communities Group Inc. is preparing to purchase a propertyat 16th Street South and Third Avenue South for $3.1 million fromBirmingham.
