TEWKSBURY, MA-Cambridge Isotope Laboratories has leased anoffice/laboratory space measuring 38,500 square feet at 3 HighwoodDrive in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The 105,000-square-foot buildingis part of Highwood Office Park comprising three Class A officebuildings. Other terms of the transaction were not revealed.However, according to a Jones Lang LaSalle's third quarter report,average asking rents for Class A properties was $22 in north ofBoston.
