WICHITA, KS-Koch Industries Inc. is planning to construct a newthree-story building on its Wichita campus situated on 7th StreetNorth between Oliver and Hillside. The project will feature a210,000-square-foot office building, training space, and asatellite Cafe Koch. The construction is slated for commencement inthe fall of 2013, with opening scheduled in mid-2015. Howard +Helmer and Professional Engineering Consultants are the architectand project engineer of the development, respectively.
