DALLAS-HKS Inc. of Dallas has leased 142,000 square feet atPatriot Tower, a 600,000-square-foot office tower in downtownDallas. The lease deal was announced after Midland-based MoriahReal Estate Co. and Dallas-based Todd Interests closed on the30-story skyscraper on Wednesday.

Developer Shawn Todd said that he is planning to beginconstruction on the building immediately. The building is beingrebranded as One Dallas Center. Dallas-based Greyhound Lines Inc.also signed a 97,500-square-foot lease at the building. EncoreEnterprises is the landlord. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
