Moving into the newly created position of global president oftransaction services at CBRE Group Inc. is Jack Durburg. A member of theLos Angeles-based firm since 2001, he will work to further CBRE'sposition in leasing, capital markets and transaction managementservices globally across all property types. Since 2011, Durburg,who also becomes a member of the Global Operating Committee, hasbeen president of the company's Central Division, encompassing morethan 25 offices in nine states.

In Detroit, Jeffrey Shell has joined CBRE as an executivevice president of capital markets. He comes from Grubb & Ellis,and will be joined by his team: Anne Rahm, Amie Sweeney and Molly Copeland. CBRE has also wooed industryveteran David Pacein a move to reinforce its Land Services Group in Orlando. Pace ison board as executive vice president of the group, focusing onconsulting and transactional services involving large, complex,mixed-use, and often stressed, development projects.
