Markeim-Chalmers Hire: 'A Sign of Turnaround'

CHERRY HILL, NJ-In what Markeim-Chalmers Inc.'s president says is a sign of a hotter market, the company has added Philadelphia metropolitan market specialist Jeff Arnold as a principal.

CHERRY HILL, NJ-Markeim-Chalmers Inc. has brought in experienced commercial office and industrial real estate broker Jeff Arnold as a principal for its Philadephia metropolitan area team. His responsibilities will include sales, leasing and commercial investment acquisitions.

“This is a very exciting time here at MCI. We’ve not had a new team member for about 3 years and it reflects a positive sign that the commercial real estate market is beginning to turn around,” said MCI’s president Fred S. Berlinsky.
