NEW YORK CITY-Digital analytics firm Return PathInc. has signed a lease for the entire 41st floor atCharles Cohen's 3 Park Ave. building in midtownsouth.
The company signed an 11-year, 23,280-square-foot lease at theproperty, where asking rents run in the mid $60s per-square-foot,according to the Commercial Observer.
“This deal clearly demonstrates the strong attraction of primetop-floor office space,” states Cohen in a prepared statement. “Theviews, amenities and access to transit at 3 Park Ave. are second tonone.”
