HACKENSACK, NJ-Superior Court Judge RachelleHarz at a hearing on Tuesday ordered ConsolidatedDairies to vacate its Main Avenue warehouse in Wallingtonwithin 48 hours and vacate its offices within 20 days.

Both the warehouse and offices are owned by FarmlandDairies. The judge's decision came a day afterConsolidated filed suit against Farmland Dairies, its landlord andsupplier, charging that the firm sought to damage Consolidated'sbusiness, according to The Record.

Consolidated Dairies halted operations last week and laid offits 138 employees. Farmland sent an eviction letter to Consolidatedlast Friday stating that the firm had three days to leave itsproperties. See story in The Record.
