CHATTANOOGA, TN-WholeLife Communities, adeveloper of luxury rental communities, reports that it receivedfinal approval from the Public Finance Authoritybased in Milwaukee for a $50-million bond to build a rentalcommunity here.

The Oklahoma City-based firm plans to build its Traditionssenior community in Hamilton County, TN, which will consist of 100to 150 single-level residences, ranging in size from 1,500 to 2,000square feet.

The Public Finance Authority, a government entity established toissue tax-exempt conduit bonds for public and private entitiesnationwide, unanimously approved the proposal to finance theeligible costs of the acquisition, construction, installation andequipping of the development. The Weitz Companyhas been selected to build the community. SamarianHousing will own the community.
