NEW YORK CITY-Infor, a leading provider ofbusiness application software, has signed a long-term leaseexpansion for an additional 49,246 square feet at 635-641 Ave. ofthe Americas, bringing its total commitment at the building to92,246 square feet, according to CoStar Group.
Bruce Mosler, chairman of global brokerage,Mark Mandell, EVP, Doron Etzioni,senior managing director and Ethan Silverstein,director with Cushman & Wakefield representedthe tenant. Paul Glickman, vice chairman,Diana Biasotti, SVP, BenjaminBass, associate and Jonathan Fanuzzi, EVPwith Jones Lang LaSalle represented thelandlord.
The buildings were originally constructed in 1902 as one of thegreat department stores along the historic "Ladies Mile" andeventually were separated into two buildings. SLGreen is performing a comprehensive renovation tore-combine the buildings with an enlarged lobby, new elevators, newwindows, restoration of the historic facade, and new storefronts.The building is located between 19th and 20th Streets in Midtown South.
