IRVINE, CA-GlobeSt.com has learned exclusively thatretail-specialized investment-advisory firm Faris LeeInvestments has named Chris DePierro asmanaging director. DePierro joins the firm with more than 21 yearsof experience across a number of commercial realestate disciplines, most recently as a principal.

Before joining Faris Lee, DePierro was a partner with DanaPoint-based DePierro Realty Advisors, afamily-owned business focused on retail-propertydevelopment, brokerage and consulting. He spent 13 yearswith the firm, where he was involved in the development ofsingle-tenant and multi-tenant properties, leasenegotiations, asset management, construction and projectmanagement, and financing. Prior to that,he served as a retail property broker with firms includingGrubb & Ellis and Pentz &Partners.
