MINNEAPOLIS—CSM Corp. has just promoted itslongtime regional commercial property manager BrianAverbeck to director of commercial properties. In his newrole, Averbeck will formalize long-term strategies for propertieswithin the CSM commercial portfolio.

“Brian's experiences and ability to work with many differentaspects of property management, construction and our systems madehim a natural fit for this position,” says AndyDeckas, president of commercial properties. “Over thecourse of nearly 20 years, he has shown great commitment to CSMand, in his new role, will help us take big strides towardscommercial property management and development in 2014 andbeyond.”

Averbeck has spent the past 17 years in several different rolesat CSM. He started as a commercial property manager in 1997 andmost recently served as the operations manager for ProTechMaintenance Solutions as well as a regional propertymanager. As operations manager for ProTech, he was responsible for“tremendous revenue growth and job expansion within the maintenanceportion of CSM,” company officials say.
