Opus Growing Third-Party Business

MINNEAPOLIS—Many builders and developers have experienced strong growth in the past couple of years, and Opus Design Build, L.L.C. is no different. In response, the Minnesota firm has just hired Christy Lewis for its newly created position of director of business development.

“In the past, we’ve had a single position that was focused on both development and design/build construction work,” Dave Bangasser, president and chief executive officer of Opus Design Build, tells GlobeSt.com. This new position, however, is “solely focused on our third-party design/build construction and is part of a renewed effort to increase our activity in that sector.”
