ATLANTIC CITY, NJ—The interest in 48 lots in the Southeast Inletthat are up for auction on Wednesday could tell just how theinvestment community views development prospects for AtlanticCity.
The auction for the parcels will be held at Revel CasinoHotel and online at www.auctionad visors.com by theMontclair, Essex County, office of AuctionAdvisorsand AJ Wilner Auctions.
Joshua Olshin, a managing partner atAuctionAdvisors, says the owners of the 48 parcels spent “five toseven years putting together the assemblage” into two relatedcompanies, GMAB Realty LLC and SPE RealtyLLC, according to the Press of Atlantic City. The lotswill be offered individually, in assemblages within the same block,and all together.
