BOCA RATON, FL—Locally-based private real estate investment andmanagement firm Crocker Partners reports that ithas added three new executives to its management team to helpfacilitate the firm's planned growth in its portfolio in thesoutheastern and southwestern U.S.

Fred. W. Taeger has joined firm as director offinancial reporting; Josh Edwards has been hiredas vice president-regional asset manager for North and CentralFlorida, and Scott Barr has joined the company asan associate.

Angelo Bianco, partner, said the new positionsstrengthen Crocker Partners' in-house capabilities as itaggressively pursues new acquisitions, and fully integrates themore than 1.2 million square feet in assets the company hasacquired over the past 12 months. Overall, Crocker Partners ownsmore than 6 million square feet of real estate with more than $1billion invested in Atlanta, Houston and in Florida, includingproperties in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando,Tampa and Jacksonville.
