NEW YORK CITY—Theresa Morzello, a formerportfolio manager at Cushman & Wakefield, has joinedCBRE Group as managing director for asset servicesin New York City.

Morzello, who also was a general manager for a dual-campusportfolio for New York–Presbyterian Hospital/Royal CharterProperties at C&W, will direct services ranging fromproperty management to project management, due diligence andaccounting activities, as well as providing hands-on leadership formore than 50 properties, according to PaulAllegretti, senior managing director of investor services,New York Tri-State Region for CBRE.

The Putnam County resident, who began with C&W in 2006,previously held management positions at MetLife, and providingfacilities expertise as a property manager for Emigrant SavingsBank. She began her career as an engineer at the New York PowerAuthority.
