LOS ANGELES—Jodi Meade, a 29-year realestate expert in automotive retailproperties, has joined Avison Young as aprincipal. Meade is tasked with developing and leading the firm'snewly added automotive properties group, focusing on theacquisition, disposition, leasing and relocation of theseproperties. She will work in the firm's downtown office.

Meade will leverage her extensive collection of industrycontacts to grow the group. She has acquired these contacts throughher 29-year career, which includes developing and launching theautomotive properties group at CBRE. There, herroaster of clients GM, Ford Motor Company,AutoStar and Budget Car. A decadeearlier, in 1995, Meade served as the director of retail propertymanagement with Shea Properties. She oversaw thefirm's California portfolio.
