Kennedy Wilson Expands TX Team

SAN ANTONIO–The California-based company has hired seven new employees, who previously worked for the now closed office of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

SAN ANTONIO–Kennedy Wilson executives exclusively tell GlobeSt.com the firm has added seven professionals to its San Antonio office. The new hires previously worked with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

“This was the perfect opportunity to add a team of seasoned brokers, all of whom are well-respected in our industry,” says Steve Pyhrr, senior managing director of Kennedy Wilson’s Texas operations. “The addition builds on our already solid footprint in this region to allow for further future growth with an extremely solid senior team, and we are very excited about this direction.”
