BALTIMORE—The parent company of the Baltimore Sun, theTribune Co., is looking for partners on thedevelopment of 37 acres of land it owns in the Port Covingtonsection of the city.

The unused land is located near the Baltimore Sun's printingplant in Port Covington. Tribune Real Estate Holdings startedmarketing two Port Covington parcels at 300 East Cromwell St. forjoint venture development on Monday, says CBRESenior Vice President Jonathan Beard.

The property is currently zoned for industrial use, but Tribuneofficials have asked the city about possibly changing the zoning,according to the Baltimore Sun.
