MALVERN, PA—IFM Efector, a designer and builderof industrial sensors and controls, will shift its corporateheadquarters to a new 45,000-square-foot building at theAtwater Corporate Center here.
Trammel Crow Co. will construct the two-story,$15-milion building, according to the Philadelphia BusinessJournal. The company is currently based at 782 Springdale Drive inExton, PA, where it leases 35,000 square feet of space.
“We've been in the United States since 1985 and are reallyexcited about the next chapter for our company,” says RogerVarma, chief executive officer for IFM Efector.
