STAMFORD, CT—Cushman & Wakefield announced that veteran commercial real estate broker Stephen F. Baker has been promoted to executive director and Matthew Lisk to senior director at its Stamford, CT and White Plains, NY offices, respectively.

Baker, who is also a partner in C&W’s global Alternative Investment Services practice group, has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1988 and worked at its Stamford office from 1988 to July 1996. He did a three-year stint working at Cushman’s world headquarters in New York City, only to return to the Northern New York City suburbs in Stamford in March 1999 where has worked ever since.
