JACKSONVILLE, FL—Julie Bohn, a broker withCantrell and Morgan Inc., has joined Cushman &Wakefield of Florida's Land & Special Assets BrokerageServices group based here as a director.

From 2006 to 2010, Bohn served as an appraiser for Cantrell RealEstate specializing in eminent domain and bankruptcy cases. In2010, she transitioned to a brokerage role with CRE's sistercompany, Cantrell and Morgan, Inc., where she specialized in thedisposition of distressed portfolios and assets for bank realestate owned (REO) departments and land acquisitions forinvestors.
