PLANO, TX–Raul Esparza has been named themanaging director and global account director for the Ericssonrelationship for Cushman & Wakefield. In thisrole, he will be based in Plano, TX.
In this position Esparza will be responsible for IntegratedFacilities Management Services for the Ericsson portfolio in NorthAmerican, Latin America and India. He will also coordinate thetransactions and major project management services for portfolioactivity.
Previously Esparza worked for JLL as executivevice president and client account and operations director for LatinAmerica. While in that position he oversaw several lines ofbusiness including facilities management, project management,workplace strategies and energy consulting services. He worked forJLL for 13 years.
