RUTHERFORD, NJ—Clermont Specialty Managers isrelocating its operations from Hackensack to the MeadowsOffice Complex here.
The commercial property casualty insurance firm is leasing18,768 square feet of space at the complex at 301 Route 17 Norththat is owned and managed by Onyx Equities. Thedeal was announced by Colliers International'sParsippany office, according to NJBiz. Colliers representedClermont in the lease transaction.
The company is expected to complete its move to the600,000-square-foot complex by the late summer.
