PORTLAND, OR—A Portland distillery is expandingwith a lease on a 41,000-square-foot secondbuilding on at 1805 S.E. Martin Luther KingBlvd.

Eastside Distilling also plans to keep itsoriginal premises along Distillery Row, accordingto a report in the Portland Business Journal. The companywill continue to offer tastings and events at its current location,a 2,500-square-foot space at 1512 S.E. Seventh Ave. The addition ofthe second location will make Eastside Distilling the PacificNorthwest's largest craft distillery in terms of both squarefootage and production capacity.

CBRE's Cara Nolan represented EastsideDistilling in the transaction. NAI Norris, Beggs &Simpson represented the landlord, PJM BLDG.II.
