WAYNE, NJ—Food distribution firm Driscoll Foods is shifting operations currently in Clifton to a new distribution facility it will build at the former Bayer Healthcare campus here.

Driscoll now occupies a 217,139-square-foot building at 174 Delawanna Ave. in Clifton, but has outgrown that facility, according to Tim Driscoll, the company’s owner. Armed with up to $18.5 million in tax credits from the state Economic Development Authority’s Grow New Jersey program, the company will be building a new approximately 400,000-square-foot distribution complex and headquarters at 6 West Belt Parkway, according to The Record.
