WAYNE, NJ—Food distribution firm Driscoll Foodsis shifting operations currently in Clifton to a new distributionfacility it will build at the former BayerHealthcare campus here.

Driscoll now occupies a 217,139-square-foot building at 174Delawanna Ave. in Clifton, but has outgrown that facility,according to Tim Driscoll, the company's owner.Armed with up to $18.5 million in tax credits from the stateEconomic Development Authority's Grow New Jerseyprogram, the company will be building a new approximately400,000-square-foot distribution complex and headquarters at 6 WestBelt Parkway, according to The Record.

In connection with the move, Driscoll is expected to create 139jobs and retain 215 jobs that were at risk of leaving thestate.
