TAMPA, FL—Paul Rutledge, formerly an executivewith Casto Southeast Realty Services LLC, has joinedCBRE's Tampa office as a first vice president withits retail brokerage group.

Rutledge brings 30 years retail leasing and marketing experienceto his new post. Prior to joining CBRE, Rutledge served as vicepresident and chief operating officer at Casto Southeast RealtyServices LLC, where he oversaw the firm's leasing activities inFlorida along with the development and redevelopment of projectsfor the company. He also initiated the third party business,including tenant representation and development consulting. Hisexperience within the retail sector boasts tenure with some of theindustry's most respected owners, including Edward J. DeBartoloCorporation, Aegis Realty and Trammell Crow Co.

Rutledge has conceived, designed and overseen development ofmore than two million square feet of retail and has been involvedin the acquisition of more than $150 million in retail property in14 states. His former project involvement features includes suchretail properties as: Winter Haven Citi Centre, Pompano CitiCentre, Paseo Luxury Apartments at Winter Park Village and 10Publix Supermarkets locations in the Miami-Dade County metroarea.
