BALTIMORE—The Bozzuto Group and H&SProperties are partnering on a new apartment project inHarbor East that could have a price tag in the neighborhood of $100million.
The Bozzuto Group of Greenbelt, MD and H&S Properties arelooking to build a 291-unit apartment tower that would feature 49condominiums and between 50,000 square feet and 60,000 square feetof retail. The building is projected to be 280 feet tall, accordingto Bozzuto president Toby Bozzuto.
"We don't want this to be just one of the best projects inBaltimore. We want it to be one of the best in the country,"Bozzuto says. "The architecture's going to be absolutely stunning.I think it'll be one of the most beautiful buildings that we'veever been a part of."
