ALEXANDRIA, VA—The National School BoardsAssociation has put its headquarters building on DukeStreet here on the market for sale.
The association has retained Donohoe Real EstateServices/CORFAC International to market its headquartersbuilding at 1680 Duke St. The association currently occupies theentire five-story, 47,000-square-foot building, according to theWashington Business Journal.
The NSBA is looking to move to new headquarters space or leaseback part of the space at 1680 Duke St. The association, whichrepresents state school boards, has occupied the building since itwas completed in 1984. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
