FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Nicole Messer, a veteran of14 years in the real estate business, has joined StilesRealty's Retail Brokerage Group here as asenior retail associate.
In her new post, Messer will focus primarily on developingthird-party retail leasing and investment sales business in thePalm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami markets, company officialssay.
Most recently, she founded NM Commercial Realty where she wasresponsible for a 615,000-square-foot portfolio of office andretail properties in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Messer hascompleted transactions with national and international clients,such as State Farm, Amscot and CROCS. She holds the CertifiedCommercial Investment Membership designation and is an activemember of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
