Montana joined CBRE in 2008 and is the co-leader of theCarolinas Multifamily Group in the Triad officewith a focus on acquisitions and dispositions within the North andSouth Carolina markets. Since 2009, Montana has been involved inmore than $120 million in apartment sales in the Carolinas. He hasbeen in the real estate business for 10 years.

Kern, who has been in the real estate business for nine years,joined CBRE in 2010 as the Triad co-leader of the CarolinasMultifamily Group investment sales team. He has representednumerous high profile regional and national clients in thedisposition and acquisition of multifamily assets throughout theCarolinas.
