PHILADELPHIA—The former Frankford Chocolate factory property,owned by the late New York City-based hotelier Truong VinhTran, has been put on the market for sale.

CBRE is offering the former 241,000-square-footbrick building for sale. The former factory building is located ona 100,000-square-foot lot at 2101 Washington Ave., according to TheInquirer.

"This is the largest piece of available development land in thecity at the moment," CBRE's Robert Fahey says."It's the hottest residential neighborhood in the city for peopleof decent means who want to walk to work."
