ALEXANDRIA, VA— CityInterests Inc. andRooney Properties' plan for a prime industrialsite n the Potomac waterfront is set for another review by theAlexandria's Board of Architectural Review-Old and HistoricDistrict on Nov. 19.

The Robinson Terminal North project has been refined and nowcalls for two mixed-use buildings along the Potomac waterfrontbetween Founders and Oronoco Bay parks, according to the WashingtonBusiness Journal.

The four-story East Building calls for three stories of renalapartment units and one of commercial "active use," according to aconcept submission to the BAR. The six-story West Building willfeature two residential towers and a boutique hotel. There willalso be 281 underground vehicle parking spaces for the twobuildings.
