BALTIMORE—Developers Interpark LLC andComstock Partners presented it plans late lastweek for a tower building of at least 38 stories at 300 E. PrattSt. to the city's design panel.

The project as proposed would include a 200-room hotel,approximately 400 apartments, a maximum of 20,000 square feet ofretail space and more than 500 parking spaces, according to theBaltimore Sun.

"We want to try to make this building distinctly Baltimorean …but at the same time, we want this building to be of the 21stcentury," says Gregory Luongo, a Washington-basedvice president at HKS, the architecture firm working on thedevelopment plan. "Future postcards of the City of Baltimore willfeature this site."
