TALLAHASSEE, FL—Peak Campus Management ofAtlanta has been selected as property manager for a five-propertyportfolio totaling 3,155 beds that serve students ofFlorida State University here.

The five student housing properties are OsceolaRidge, Osceola Suites, Park atForest Ridge, The Park atMidtown and University Heights. Theyoffer a mix of floor plans that range from one-bedrooms tofour-bedrooms.

Peak Campus was hired by Collegium CapitalPartners of West Palm Beach, FL, a joint venture betweenCalidus Holdings, Pebb Capital and Pragma Investments. The jointventure announced in September it had acquired the five-propertyportfolio in a $43.5-million transaction.
