INDIANAPOLIS—Colliers International | IndianaRegion has just added two new principals. BethPatterson and Jeff Merritt have joinedthe six other principals of the locally-owned firm which now has 51employees.
Patterson joined the firm in August 2011 as senior vicepresident and director of retail services. She has 15 years ofretail real estate experience and has handled shopping centerproject leasing, development and land sale services for developersand land owners, as well as site selection for end-users. Prior tojoining Colliers, she worked with Kite RealtyGroup and owned her own brokerage company.
Colliers recently named Patterson its national retail chair asone of 12 regional market leaders across the nation. She alsoparticipates in the company's retail steering committee.
