MOM's Coming to East Market Project

PHILADELPHIA—MOM’s Organic Market has committed to lease 16,000 square feet of ground floor space at the newly renovated 34 S. 11th St. office building here.

The deal was announced by East Market developer National Real Estate Development and brokerage firm The McDevitt Co. The lease announcement coincides with the launch of the office leasing efforts at the office building that has 160,000 square feet of contiguous space available. The building is part of the larger 4.3 acre, mixed-use East Market redevelopment project. When completed, East Market will reopen the city block to pedestrian activity, provide local and global retail and dining experiences, deliver 322 new residential units and offer contemporary, collaborative office space.
