DALLAS–E Smith Realty Partners has added another SIOR designate to its mix.

Jim Hazard, executive vice president, has attained the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, and now the firm has five SIOR designees. Others include: Sharon Morrison, co-founder and CEO; Brad Struck, president – Industrial Service; Damian Rivera, president – National Accounts; and David Ditchman, executive vice president.

“In addition to the professional accomplishment that this designation recognizes, the benefits of the SIOR network are expanded upon with Jim joining our team of SIOR designees,” Morrison told GlobeSt.com. “The SIOR network brings a significant competitive and strategic advantage to the local and national users and owners our company represents in the industry.”

Hazard specializes in real estate solutions for both local and nationally based industrial and office users. His services include site selection and analysis, lease negotiation and restructure, acquisition and disposition, investment sales and other related services.

Additionally, Hazard has an expertise in rail-served real estate for manifest rail users.

Hazard joins nearly 3,100 SIOR members in 630 cities in 34 countries.
