BISMARCK, ND—The Woodmont Company andNorthwest Contracting say they have completed thefirst phase of development of Hay Creek Shops inBismarck. Located just off Highway 83 at 1451 East LaSalleDrive, the regional power center will ultimately total inexcess of 300,000 square feet on 33acres.

The first phase of Hay Creek Shops totals 150,000 square feetand was 100% pre-leased. A grand opening event isslated for October 24 and 25 with anchor tenants Bed Bath& Beyond, Dick's Sporting Goods andGordmans already open. Michael's and Ulta Beauty expectto open their doors by November 1. The Woodmont Company iscurrently underway on creating an ideal mix of complimentaryretailer and restaurant tenants which will be opening over thecoming months.
