LOS ANGELES—They are the future of our industry and, in some ways, the future is now, as young professionals are in the trenches, shaping the thinking and direction of commercial real estate. These young leaders have a drive and determination that is equal to and, in many ways, unmatched to that of their older counterparts. They’ve combined an uncanny knack for using the best of established traditions with finding ways of turning those traditions on their heads when adding their own creative spins to the equation.
