NEW YORK CITY—Less than a month after the record multi-billiondollar property purchase closed, the new ownership of PeterCooper Village/Stuyvesant Town has formed a new propertymanagement company to oversee the 80-acre property that featuresmore than 11,200 apartments in 56 residential buildings here.

Blackstone, through funds it manages on behalf of its realestate investors, and Ivanhoé Cambridge closed on the purchase of Peter CooperVillage/Stuyvesant Town last month in a deal valued at$5.45 billion. Today the new ownership reports it has established anew property management company that will be led by newly appointedgeneral manager Rick Hayduk.

The former president of the Boca Raton Resort & Club wasappointed general manager effective Jan. 1 following a transitionfrom current property manager Compass Rock.
