WASHINGTON, DC—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has recruited yet another team from a rival broker.Colliers International's leasing brokers Andy Klaff, JeffTarae and Katherine Pelonero have joinedNGKF's Tysons office.

With 26 years of experience, Klaff joins NGKF as executivemanaging director. Tarae joins NGKF as managing director andPelonero as an associate director.

NGKF has been steadily pulling in brokers from around thecountry to beef up its ranks for the last two years. In Baltimore,three brokers from Cushman & Wakefield joined itslocal office last month: Cristopher Abramson as executive managingdirector-Investment Sales; Brian Kruger as senior managingdirector; and Nicholas Signor as director to the Baltimoreoffice.
