The Gateway at Wynwood is progressing even as the coronavirus pandemic has dampened overall office tenant interest.
Torrey Square posted the lowest base rent per-leased-square-foot in Whitestone’s wholly-owned portfolio. Since its IPO in 2010, Whitestone has improved its base rent per leased square foot by over 80%.
Hawthorne Hydroponics signed a long-term lease for a 378,000-square-foot class-A industrial building at the newly developed Blue Lake Corporate Park in the largest industrial lease year-to-date.
