FLORHAM PARK, NJ—Colliers International Group will handle leasing of Florham Park Corporate Center, a 230,000-square-foot, two-building, class A office property in Florham Park, for the building’s ownership, a joint venture of Bergman Real Estate Group and Rialto Capital. 

Richard Mirliss and Richard Madison, Colliers executive managing directors, and Alex Vitro, Jack Callahan and Ryan Haggerty, associates, will work on the assignment.

Located at 25 A&B Vreeland Road, Florham Park Corporate Center has a 14-acre campus setting and flexible floor plates.
