Thor Equities Will Redevelop Former Bank in Hoboken, NJ

HOBOKEN, NJ—The 6,000-square-foot, two level landmark bank building features more than 115 feet of wraparound frontage on 14th Street and Washington Street.

HOBOKEN, NJ—Thor Equities, which specializes in urban real estate development, leasing and management, has acquired 1400 Washington Street in uptown Hoboken, NJ.

The 6,000-square-foot, two level landmark bank building features more than 115 feet of wraparound frontage on 14th Street and Washington Street. The former home of the Hudson Reporter newspaper offices will be renovated and repositioned into a prime retail asset. A spokesman for Thor Equities declined to provide the name of the seller or the dollar amount of the transaction.
