The space on the 20th and 21st floors of the 23-story,425,000-sf building is currently being renovated. The HampshireCos. of Morristown, NJ purchased the property last year and hasinitiated a complete renovation of the property.
Cantor Colburn currently occupies approximately 35,000 sf ofspace at 55 Griffin Rd. South in nearby Bloomfield. Cantor Colburnwas represented by Robert Kelly, senior director with C&W'sHartford office.
