The site is at the southwest corner of Chicago Avenue and 53rdStreet. Once completed, the first building will consolidate 200employees from three separate facilities in other parts of thecity. The building can accommodate up to 350 employees.

The company's growth and market demand for office space willdetermine when construction on the first building's twin willbegin. Tyler Technologies is also considering offering space forlease to interested tenants. Specific details of the project willbe unveiled at a press conference scheduled to take place on May12, 2008 at the Lubbock Club at the Wells Fargo Building at 1500Broadway St.

Upon completion, the buildings will be the largest green, classA office buildings in Lubbock. Tyler Technologies is seekingLeadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification for thecomplex.
