LOS ANGELES-Jones Lang LaSalle has named Michael Prabhu to thenewly created position of director of property management for itsSouthwest region as the company seeks to expand its propertymanagement portfolio. Prabhu, who previously served as the directorof operations for JLL's Los Angeles region, will be responsible forgrowing the firm's property management portfolio in SouthernCalifornia, Arizona and Nevada.

Additionally, Prabhu "will work closely with the company'sleasing and capital markets professionals to thoroughly integrateits service platform for institutional and investor clients,"according to a statement from JLL.

Jan Pope, Southwest market director for Jones Lang LaSalle,pointed out that the creation of the new position and theappointment of Prabhu are part of the company's focus on expandingits integrated property management, agency leasing and capitalmarkets services to owners and investors both locally andnationally.
